Initial Consultation

Finding the right fit in a therapist is important, and I encourage you to reach out if you're interested in exploring this more with me. To that end, I offer a free, 20 minute phone or video session to see how we might work together or to ask me any questions about my practice. If we decide to move ahead, we can find a time to meet for an initial appointment. I am also sometimes able to help you connect with other resources if we decide not to move forward.

I offer individual therapy sessions to adults. Sessions are 55 minutes and $130.

If you have different insurance than above, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefit to see me. I can provide you with superbill receipts for reimbursement.
